Nice to meet you!

Since graduating from the Fashion Institute of Technology, I’ve launched 3 businesses, alongside my own personal Instagram page to share fashion, beauty, and lifestyle content — even being named 2020 Style InfluenceHer of the Year. Currently, I reside in Charlotte, NC where I own Your Soulcialmate, helping influencers and brands monetize their platforms.

Meet Charlotte's Hidden Gem for Entrepreneurs

300 Camp Rd, Charlotte, NC 28206, USA

If you live in CLT, you've probably been to Camp North End, but for anyone who hasn't or is planning a visit to Charlotte, stop what you're doing and put "Visit Camp North End" on your to-do list.

It's easily one of my favorite spots in Charlotte because of the art, the food, the fun, and just the general vibe. It's an incredibly artsy industrial space where there are buildings upon buildings of entertainment. Whether you're looking for a nice place to sit outside and work while enjoying the fresh air or you want to take a badass dance class that'll get your heart pumping, it can all be done at Camp North End.

Typically, when I visit CNE, it's usually to shoot content for Instagram since there are dozens of incredible murals created by local artists who use beautiful, bright color and spirit in their work (they're awesome for any small business owner who needs a cool shoot location for your new products!).

It's one of the few places that you can hang out at after you shoot. We usually spend some time walking around, seeing what's new, exploring areas we've never been in, shopping from the small businesses there, or grabbing a bite to eat.

There are a ton of great small retailers housed in Camp North End, but you can always find Andrew and I popping into That's Novel Books to find a cool new (used) title to dig into. Grab a book there, then head over to the food stalls where you can munch on anything from burgers and tacos to ramen and vegan dishes. It's also a great place to meet clients if you're a biz owner — great food, a beautiful outdoor seating area, and fresh air!

This past year, Camp North End also welcomed in their first sit-down restaurant, Leah & Louise, a "southern-inspired juke joint" as they call it.

I thought it was also important to note that they are doing major things to make sure everyone is staying safe during this time with hand-sanitizer stations and an entire cleaning crew that rips through the compound cleaning everything top to bottom.

You can head on over to Camp North End to get in your steps, get some work done, meet (safely) with a friend, get inspired by the art, or grab a great meal anytime or check out their Facebook page where they share all their upcoming events as they're announced (I can't wait to check out their Thursday night Skyline Drive-In movies that take place all throughout February!).
